Father's Day will soon be here and I don't know about you, but I think fathers and grandfathers are very difficult to buy for. Try something new this year.

Take a 12oz PET wine bottle and remove the bottom. Parents will have to do this because it takes a very sharp knife! Fill the bottle with items which typify a hobby. We used golf balls and golf tees. Then either fit the bottom back on, or put another base on the jar. It would be cute with a circle of colored felt on the bottom. Voila! You now have a ship in a bottle type present. You can label it "For emergency use only" or add another cute saying and I bet he will keep it on his desk forever (especially if it is from the kids or grandkids!)
