NOW AVAILABLE! A FOAMING SPRAYER THAT REALLY WORKS!
 |
As customer demands for innovation increase, Afa has developed two pre-compression triggerheads that will be of special interest to manufacturers seeking powerful, consistent and drip free performance.
For household and toiletry products - such as starch sprays, furniture polishes and spray deodorants - the superior spray performance of the 7511 trigger sprayer will prove unrivalled. Where product performance may be improved with increased viscosity, the 7512 trigger foamer will be an effective and versatile option with both a spray and foam facility. Bathroom sprays, carpet and upholstery cleaners are possible applications.

Injected molded in polyethylene and polypropylene, these lightweight and fully shippable triggerheads are modeled with clean simple lines.
Cool Tech Stuff...
- After the first priming there is sustained, immediate spray action at optimum performance, with the 7511/12 pre-compression models dispensing approximately 105mls per 100 strokes (i.e. 1ml per stroke).
- Tests based on normal pulling strength of approximately 80 strokes per minute.
- As with all Afa triggerheads sprayers and foamers, no propellants are needed to dispense the liquids used.
- Both models feature a patented reventing system, which avoids bottle collapse.
- Normal spray pattern for the 7511 is approximately 70 degrees and 50 degrees for the 7512 sprayer.
- Design of the pre-compression triggerhead means that no dribbling will occur either at the beginning of, end of, or during use.
- Both pre-compression triggerheads meet stringent quality specifications as defined and tested in accordance with Mil-Std-105D. The total production process is governed by an advanced statistical process control (SPC) system.
